My Aim as a Therapist
I believe that the pressures we feel living this 21st century life, have become far too common. We are asked to do more, want more, make more, in less time, with less needs and less support than ever before. This affects us in our studies, in our workplaces, in our relationships and particularly our private thoughts. We are left feeling isolated, alone or struggling in silence. If you feel this way, know that what you are feeling is real and you don't have to do it alone. My aim is to support my clients to feel like they can breathe despite these pressures; to want to make plans, feel confident and enable them to enjoy life. I am passionate about supporting individuals and young adults to access counselling at a time, and in a way that suits their needs.

Every person is unique. No two people's experiences are the same, which is why paying attention to you as a person, seeing how you experience your world and the challenges you face is my priority. We can work together to find the right way of facing these difficulties and move forward in a way that feels right to you. I will sit down with you, listen to what you are experiencing and together we will make a plan to get the right support to be able get you on the way to feeling better.

Experience
As well as working within Private Practice, I have 18 months experience within the NHS Steps2Change Service in Lincolnshire. Within the service I worked extensively with young adults, bereavement, relationship issues, family conflicts, anxiety and depression.
