I believe that the provision for mental health services and wellbeing support for 18-25 year olds is seriously overlooked. In my experience this is the time in a young adult's life when consistent support and access to services is vital.   Young adults face a range of pressures that you may need support with as you start your journey into adulthood.

The world we live in has never been so challenging or confusing. If you are feeling overwhelmed, alone, unheard or misunderstood in your struggle, get in touch.

Strong

The transition to adulthood can be a challenging journey.

 I work with young adults to help them identify their strengths and develop the resilience to overcome the many challenges they may be facing. I help young men and women move forward on their journey toward independent adulthood.


Independent

 I specialise in working with young adults to help them overcome low self esteem, persistent worries and overwhelming emotions. Lack of motivation is often a symptom of deeper, underlying issues such as anxiety, depression, learning challenges or low self-esteem. By helping young adults harness their own innate desire for independence and by equipping them with the tools they need to get "unstuck," they can move forward on their journey and launch successfully into living the life they desire.

Resilient

Sometimes we find ourselves not knowing how to express how we are feeling and find ways of coping that others maybe do not understand.  I understand that everyone copes with the pressures they are under the best way they know how.  We can work together to process overwhelming feelings and help find the tools to deal with the challenges that life throws at you, so that you can go from coping to thriving.

No matter what you are facing, we can do it together.


Individual therapy is a process where clients work one-on-one with their therapist in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. The therapist helps to explore your past in order to create a more empowered future. In doing so, you will discover how to understand and break destructive patterns in your life in order to achieve and maintain well-being and balance. I will support you, listen to you, and form a deep collaboration with you. I will help you challenge fears, establish your goals, and be by your side as you change your life.
